Memory Beyond Time Patriotic Charitable Action Held at Bykivnia Graves State Historical and Memorial Preserve

Head of the Supervisory Board of the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund Kateryna Yushchenko, member of the Supervisory Board of the Children’s Hospital of the Future Charitable Fund Volodymyr Kosterin, Director of the Commercial Department of the Hrinko Company Serhiy Kovtun, and Head of the Kraieva Starshyna (Country General Staff) of the PLAST Ukrainian Scouting Organization Kostiantyn Yakovchuk-Besarab took place in the action along with pupils of the Bukivnia Secondary School and representatives from the Ukraine 3000 Fund, SPOK All-Ukrainian Public Youth Organization, Hrinko Company, Green Party of Ukraine, PLAST Ukrainian Scouting Organization, and other youth and public organizations.  »»

Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund to Conduct Memory Beyond Time Patriotic Charitable Action

It is planned that in course of this action a part of the Bykivnia Graves State Historical and Memorial Preserve will be cleared of garbage. Specifically, the action participants will tidy up the sites of mass shootings of Ukrainian intelligentsia in 1937 and of Soviet prisoners of war returning from Germany in 1945.  »»

Legal Protection of the Cultural Legacy Collection of Regulations Published with Assistance of Ukraine 3000 Fund

This is the first in Ukraine comprehensive publication dedicated to legal control over the monuments preservation. The book contains virtually all legal acts related to the preservation of the national cultural legacy: articles of the Constitution of Ukraine, texts of international conventions, laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees, decisions by the Cabinet of Ministers, orders by the State Construction and Ministry for Culture and Tourism, etc. In total, over 60 documents are presented in the collection.  »»

Ukraine 3000 Fund Initiates Memory Beyond Time Charitable Patriotic Action

In course of this action, the grounds of the Bukivnia Graves Historical cum Memorial Preserve in the village of Bykivnia, Kyiv oblast, will be cleared of rubbish. Besides, it is planned to put in order the territory around the monument to the soldiers killed in the World War II, erected at the local cemetery.  »»

On behalf of the Ukraine 3000 Fund, Ms. Stasiuk presented the Panas Myrny Poltava Oblast Children’s Library with a book set. Besides, every young participant received a copy of Ivan Kotliarevsky’s Aeneid. In their turn, guests from Poltava gave the Ukraine 3000 Fund the Remember Your Kin catalog of Poltava children’s paintings dedicated to the Manmade Famine in Ukraine.  »»

Representatives of the Ukraine 3000 Fund Take Part in the Opening Ceremony of the VIIth International Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Vladimir Horowitz

The Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Vladimir Horowitz was founded in 1995. It is the only musical event in this field in Ukraine that is a member of the World Federation of International Music Competitions. The Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund has been supporting the contest since 2005.  »»

Kharkiv Oblast Schools and Libraries Receive 1100 Copies of Ukraine’s Hetmans from Ukraine 3000 Fund

In course of the event, President of the Friends of the Children Charitable Fund and Member of the Ukraine 3000 Fund Supervisory Board Maryna Krysa delivered a certificate for 1,100 copies of the Ukraine’s Hetmans book to Deputy Head of the Kharkiv Oblast State Administration Liudmyla Bielova. The book will be distributed between Kharkiv oblast schools and libraries.  »»

The Cossacks’ Fame for the Little Readers project envisages presenting the Ukraine’s Hetmans books to schools in Poltava, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv oblasts.
