Ukraine 3000 Fund Selects and Awards the Book of the Year 2007

The winner was selected today based on the recommendations of the Academic Council of the Book Publishers’ Forum. The award went to Personae: Essays on Historical, Political, and Cultural Figures by Yaroslav Dashkevychm published by Lviv-based Pyramid Literary Agency in 2007. The award was handed over by Head of the Board of Directors of Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund Oleksandr Maksymchuk.  »»

Chernihiv Oblast Children Receive Ukraine’s Hetmans Book from Ukraine 3000 Fund

Mrs. Yushchenko handed over to Head of the Chernihiv Oblast State Administration Mykola Lavryk a certificate for 850 copies of the Ukraine’s Hetmans for the Chernihiv oblast schools and libraries. 770 copies are to be distributed among schools and another 80 among the oblast libraries.  »»
