Museum Event 2009 All-Ukrainian Action Started
The Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Foundation and Ukrainian Center for Museum Development announced the start of the Museum Event of the Year Fifth All-Ukrainian Action for 2009.
The event’s goal is to attract public attention to the most important events and trends in the Ukrainian museums sphere in 2009.
The major criterion for selecting winners is the event’s social meaning, public response, influence on the national museums’ life and feedback in the last year. Recall that this event can be a show, an important publication, or even a museum robbery.
Deadline for applications – April 12, 2010.
The awards ceremony is scheduled fro May 2010 in Kyiv.

The Museum Event of the Year is an annual competition celebrating most important, significant, and high-profile events in the Ukrainian museums sphere, exerting the biggest influence on the attitude to museums in the community. The contest has been held since 2006.
