Libraries in Kyiv Oblast and the Crimea Receive Books on Holodomor from Ukraine 3000 Foundation
December 10-15, 2009, the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Foundation conducted an action on donating books on Holodomor manmade famine to libraries in Kyiv, Kyiv oblast, and the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea.
In part, the books went to the State Historical Library of Ukraine, National Vernadsky Library of Ukraine, National Parliamentary Library of Ukraine, State Youth Library of Ukraine, State Scientific Agricultural Library at the Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Sciences, State Sukhomlynsky Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine, and the Culture and Tourism Administration at the Kyiv Oblast State Administration and Crimean Ivan Franko Universal Scientific Library for further distribution among village and district libraries in Kyiv oblast and the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea. The book sets contain the following books published by Ukraine 3000 Foundation in 2007-2009 within the framework of its History Lessons program:

- Manmade Famine of 1932-1933 in Ukraine: Documents and Materials compiled by Ruslan Pyrih
- The Declassified Memory: The Manmade Famine of 1932-1933 through GPU-NKVD Documents
- The Harvest of Sorrow by Robert Conquest
- The Candle of Memory: Oral History of the Ukrainian Genocide by Valentyna Borysenko.
- Holodomor in Luhansk Oblast in 1932-1933: scholarly and documentary publication
- The Genocide of the Ukrainians: Deformation of the Traditional Culture by Olesia Stasiuk
- Raphael Lemkin: Soviet Genocide in Ukraine (article in 28 languages, Editor – Roman Serbyn, compiled by Olesia Stasiuk)
- The Great Terror: Stalin's Purge of the Thirties by Robert Conquest
