Winners of Ukraine’s Innovative Intellect Fourth All-Ukrainian competition Awarded
April 23, 2010, saw the awards ceremony of the Ukraine’s Innovative Intellect Fourth All-Ukrainian competition. The event was held at the Academic Board Hall of Drahomanov National Pedagogical University.
The awards were delivered to the winners by President of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine Vasyl Kremen, Rector of Drahomanov National Pedagogical University Viktor Andrushchenko, Head of the Board of Directors of Ukraine 3000 Foundation Oleksandr Maksymchuk, President of the Ukrainian Trade and Industry Confederation Volodymyr Demchak, and First Pro-Rector of Drahomanov NPU Volodymyr Bech.
The awards – diplomas and money certificates – were given to the winners of the applied research competition (humanities and economy, three age categories), social projects, and business ideas, along with winners of the Students’ Essays competition. Every winner had a chance to address the participants of the ceremony.

For the second time, the Ukraine’s Innovative Intellect awards were delivered to the winners of Ukraine’s Innovative Intellect Fourth All-Ukrainian competition and other national and international intellectual contests: Little Academy of Sciences’ competition, IntelEco and IntelTechno Ukraine competitions. Students’ world championship on programming.
Commendations were issued to the competition’s regional and national partners.
Before the awards ceremony, a working meeting was held between the contest organizers and winners.
Ukraine’s Innovative Intellect All-Ukrainian competition has been conducted by Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Foundation since 2006 and is focused on searching, supporting, and involving talented young people into scientific and public activities.
The Ukraine’s Innovative Intellect Fourth All-Ukrainian competition was launched in August 2009. This year it has four nominations:
- Applied research competition on humanities and economy (themes suggested by organizers).
- Business ideas.
- Social projects.
- Student’s Essays research papers contest.
The total of 1817 works was submitted. The leader in the number of works was Volyn oblast, submitting 175 papers. Also in the top five are Donetsk (166), Poltava (158), Kyiv (155), and Lviv (123) oblasts. The regional selections were held February 25 – April 15.
