Ukraine 3000 Fund Representative Visits Kyiv City Clinical Hospital No. 10’s Hospice

His major goal was visiting the hospital’s hospice. Mr. Tkachuk was given a tour of the hospice premises, accompanied by hospital’s Head Physician Danylo Dobush, who briefed him on the institution’s problems. One of the most acute is lack of high quality beds and even mattresses. Besides, the hospice, where people with grave diagnosis can peacefully live out their days, needs major repairs.  »»

Ukraine 3000 Fund Visits Sumy Oblast Children’s Clinical Hospital

At the hospital, Mrs. Yushchenko took part in the medical workers’ conference dedicated to the International Nurse’s Day. Mrs. Kateryna offered those present her greetings with their professional holiday. “Thank you for the great job you are doing to restore people’s health,” she said. Mrs. Kateryna expressed her hope that the state would duly appreciate the nurses’ work and give more attention to the paramedics’ needs.  »»

At the Institute Mrs. Kateryna took part in the unveiling of a new scientific and research laboratory. Mrs. Yushchenko also was given a tour of the institute’s study rooms: physiotherapy room, museum of the Polissia culture, exercises room, and family doctor room. She also visited the dental room and took part in a master class given by the institute’s students.  »»
