Memorandum Signed On Cooperation Between Ukraine 3000 Foundation and L.I.CO.S. Onlus Italian Laboratory for International Cooperation
February 12, 2010, the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Foundation and L.I.CO.S. Onlus Italian Laboratory for International Cooperation signed the Memorandum On Cooperation on the Hospital to Hospital Program and L.I.CO.S. Onlus’s MELO Project.
From the Italian party, the document was signed by L.I.CO.S. Onlus President Alessandro Cali, and from the Ukrainian party – by Head of the Board of Directors of Ukraine 3000 Foundation Oleksandr Maksymchuk.
L.I.CO.S. and Ukraine 3000 Foundation are cooperating within the framework of the MELO project, envisaging treatment courses for Ukrainian children, requiring surgical intervention, at Italian clinics, volunteer medical exchange of the medical staff members, and institutional cooperation between patient care institutions through staff trainings and experience exchange.
The cooperation between the Foundation and L.I.CO.S. Onlus began in 2009, during working visits of the Italian laboratory representatives to children’s hospitals in Ukraine.
