Ukraine 3000 Foundation Announces Open Tender for Purchasing Medical Equipment

Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Foundation announces tender for purchasing medical equipment for 20 children’s hospitals in Ukraine.

The equipment sets include: portable automatic external defibrillator and a set of pediatric electrodes.

Natural persons and legal entities, irrespective of their form of ownership, place of incorporation, and location, acknowledging their intent to take part in the tender through submitting a bid meeting the Conditions of the tender, are invited to participate.

The participants shall send their proposals to: 22A Borychiv Tik vul., Kyiv 04070, Ukraine.

The deadline for submittal is January 15, 2010, at 11:00 a.m., Kyiv time. The proposals sent by regular mail are to be delivered by the said date.

The tender opening will take place January 15 at 12:00 a.m., Kyiv time, at the Ukraine 3000 Foundation’s HQ.

The Ukraine 3000 Foundation asks the potential participants of the competition to consider its charitable basis. We will appreciate their understanding and offering maximum discounts.

The purchase of the equipment is held along the lines of the cooperation between Ukraine 3000 Foundation and McDonald’s Ukraine. This year’s Happy Day in McDonald’s, held in 68 McDonald’s restaurants in 20 Ukrainian cities, has raised UAH 1,055,000.

The defibrillators will be donated to 20 children’s hospitals in Ukraine: in Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Kremenchuk, Kryvy Rih, Luhansk, Lviv, Mykolayiv, Odesa, Poltava, Simferopol, Sevastopol, Sumy, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, and Yalta.
