Congratulations to the winners of the Third All-Ukrainian Grant Competition for Treatment and Rehabilitation Institutions for Children with Cerebral Palsy

Winners were announced in the Third All-Ukrainian Grant Competition for treatment and rehabilitation institutions for children with organic lesions of the nervous system (cerebral palsy).

The contest was announced by the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund and TNK-BP Ukraine Company as part of the Joy of the Childhood: Free Movements program.

The winners are:

  4. Dzherelo [Spring] Education and Rehabilitation Center charitable organization (Lviv oblast);
  5. Zdorovye [Health] Medeical Rehabilitation Center (Donetsk oblast);
  6. Special General Education Boarding School No.8 for Children with Consequences of Poliomyelitis and Cerebral Palsy (Kharkiv);
  7. Svitanok [Dawn] Education and Rehabilitation Center (Lviv oblast);
  8. Rehabilitation Center patient care organization at the Vidrodzhennia [Renaissance] Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation of Disabled Children (Chernihiv oblast);
  9. Obriy [Horizon] Vinnytsia Oblast Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Young People with Limited Capacities;
  10. Volyn Oblast Children’s Territorial Medical Alliance;
  11. Rehabilitation Center for Children with Impaired Locomotive Apparatus at DNZ No.24 (Vinnytsia oblast)
  12. Educational and Rehabilitation Center at Krasnoperekopsk City Center of Social Services for Family, Children, and Youth (the AR Crimea);
  13. Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast Children’s Clinical Hospital;
  14. Zdorovya [Health] Public Organization (the AR Crimea);
  15. Nizhyn Social Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Children (Chernihiv Oblast);
  16. Soniashnyk [Sunflower] Montessori Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Preschool Children (Poltava oblast);
  17. Social and Psychological Rehabilitation for Center Children and Youth with Functional Disabilities (Vinnytsia);
  18. Horodetsky Kyiv City Orphanage;
  19. Chayka [Seagull] Children’s Clinical Resort (the AR Crimea);
  20. Sumy Oblast Children’s Clinical Hospital community institution;
  21. Cerebral Palsy: Hope for the Future. Social Mutual Aid Patents’ and Doctors’ Union Donetsk oblast public organization;
  22. Khortytsia Education and Rehabilitation Multiprofile Center (Zaporizhzhia oblast);
  23. Drohobych Nadiya [Hope] Volunteer Association to Protect Disabled Children (Lviv oblast);
  24. Dniprodzerzhynsk City Children’s Hospital (Dnipropetrovsk oblast).

Recall that the Third All-Ukrainian Grant Competition for treatment and rehabilitation institutions for children with organic lesions of the nervous system (cerebral palsy) was held from February 20 till April 20, 2008. The total of 87 applications was filed in. The winners were chosen at an Experts’ Council meeting June 8, 2008.
