Ukraine 3000 Foundation to Pass Vaccines and Aerophones to the Hospital to Hospital Program Member Hospitals
April 3, 2008, the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Foundation will pass vaccines and aerophones to the Hospital to Hospital program member hospitals at the Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Gynecology at the Academy of Medical Sciences.
The event will take place at 3 p.m. at the little conference hall of the Lab Building of the Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Gynecology at the Academy of Medical Sciences (Kyiv, 8 Manuyilsky St, second floor).
The action will be participated by:
- Kateryna Yushchenko, Head of the Supervisory Board of the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Foundation;
- Vasyl Kniazevych, Minister for Health Care of Ukraine;
- Serhiy Donych, Minister for Health Care of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea;
- Yuri Antipkin, Director of the Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Gynecology at the Academy of Medical Sciences;
- Vira Pavliuk, Director of the Hospital to Hospital program;
- Olena Bech, Sanofi Pasteur Regional Representative for Ukraine;
- Viktor Moskovchenko, President of Realton Company, the official representative of the GN ReSound Company in Ukraine;
- Oleksandr Astakhov, Head Physician of the Republic Children’s Clinical Hospital, AR Crimea;
- Dmytro Hotsuliak, Head Physician of the Mykolayiv Oblast Children’s Hospital.
Sanofi Pasteur, one of the world’s leading companies in vaccine production, is donating vaccines against hepatitis A, measles, and pneumococcus to the total of UAH 3,424,550 to oblast children’s hospitals.
The Realton Company is donating powerful digital aerophones by the Danish GN ReSound Comcern to the total of UAH 80,000 to the Mykolayiv Oblast Children’s Hospital and the Republic Children’s Clinical Hospital, AR Crimea.
During the event the certificates for the medicine and equipment listed above will be passed to chief physicians of the Mykolayiv Oblast Children’s Hospital and the Republic Children’s Clinical Hospital, AR Crimea, and aerophones – to children with impaired hearing.
