Ukraine 3000 Fund Members Meet with Chief Physician of the Children’s Clinical Hospital at the Health Ministry of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea Oleksandr Astakhov
January 24, 2008, the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund hosted a meeting between the Fund’s representatives and Chief Physician of the Children’s Clinical Hospital at the Health Ministry of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea Oleksandr Astakhov. Among the participants of the meeting were Head of the Board of Directors of the Ukraine 3000 Fund Oleksandr Maksymchuk and Expert with the Medical Programs Dept. Taras Tkachuk.
The meeting discussed further cooperation within the framework of the Hospital to Hospital Program, whose member is the Children’s Clinical Hospital at the Health Ministry of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea, problems, prospects for development, and involving new partners into cooperation with the hospital to support mothers’ and children’s health protection in Ukraine.
Besides, the participants of the meeting reviewed the work of the Board of Trustees created at the hospital and broached the subject of the possibility for a Ukraine 3000 Fund member to be present at the next Board meeting.
