Ukraine 3000 Fund and Art Therapy Association Sign a Memorandum on Cooperation
September 7, 2007, the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund and Art Therapy Association public organization signed a Memorandum on Cooperation.
This event has started a long-term program aimed at improving the health of children treated at Ukraine’s patient care institutions through introducing art lessons at the hospitals.
The major goal of this cooperation is improving children’s psychophysical and emotional condition as a result of effective art therapy; creating conditions to expand art therapy methods as a part of the modern psychological therapy, counseling, prevention, rehabilitation, and other institutions system.
The memorandum also envisages working out methods for introducing art therapy at children’s hospitals, organizing and carrying out events to train art therapists to work at Ukraine’s children’s hospitals, members of the Hospital to Hospital program, as well as providing aid in creating and organizing art therapy groups.
