Representatives of the Children’s Hospital of the Future Charitable Fund Meet with State Administrative Department Staff Members
February 23, 2007, representatives of the Children’s Hospital of the Future Charitable Fund met with staff members of the Legal Dept. and Capital Development Dept. of the State Administrative Department.
In course of the meeting the parties have discussed a number of issues related to the drafting of a Treaty on Cooperation between the State Administrative Department and Children’s Hospital of the Future Charitable Fund. In part, they have discussed creating a Supervisory Board for this project.
The parties resolved to undertake joint action toward drafting the Treaty on Cooperation and agreed to involve lawyers with the Health Ministry of Ukraine’s legal department to elaborate certain clauses.
