Ukraine 3000 Fund and TNK-BP Ukraine to Deliver Chemicals for the AMS Oncology Institute Equipment
The Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund and TNK-BP Company will donate chemicals for the MiniApi micro analyzer at the Oncology Institute at the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine. The apparatus was given to the Institute’s children’s ward in late December 2005.
TNK-BP Ukraine has earmarked UAH 60,000 (roughly $12,000) for purchasing annual chemicals supply. It will be passed to the Institute in three deliveries during the year. The first one is scheduled for late March – early April 2007.
Recall that December 23, 2005, the Ukraine 3000 Fund and TNK-BP Ukraine donated to the AMS Oncology Institute a MiniApi micro analyzer and a set of chemicals. The equipment’s total value was one million hryvnias, or $200,000. The current chemicals delivery is aimed to keep the apparatus in operation.
At present, the Ukraine 3000 Fund and TNK-BP Ukraine are successfully carrying out one more program, Joy of the Childhood: Free Movements.
