Memorandum on Mutual Understanding Signed by Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund and California Association to Aid Ukraine

February 17, 2007, a Memorandum on Mutual Understanding was signed by the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund and California Association to Aid Ukraine (US).

According to the Memorandum, the funds raised in course of the Benefit Ball held February 17 in California will be earmarked for implementing the Children’s Hospital of the Future project. The document envisages training and instruction for Ukrainian professionals in California. Besides, on demand by the Fund, the CAAU will consider a possibility to spend money on construction, equipment purchase and shipping, and other expenditures required for creating the Children’s Hospital of the Future.

The document was signed by Head of the California Association to Aid Ukraine Luba Keske, its President Anne Prokopovych, Head of the Board of Directors of the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund Oleksandr Maksymchuk, and Head of the Board of Directors of the Children’s Hospital of the Future Vira Pavliuk.
