Donations Keep Coming to the Children’s Hospital of the Future Account
Contributions keep coming to the Children’s Hospital of the Future Charitable Fund account from philanthropists who have undertook to donate funds for creating and constructing the All-Ukrainian Health Protection Center for Mothers and Children (the Children’s Hospital of the Future).
February 15, 2007, the Children’s Hospital of the Future Fund has received the first payment from the Development of Ukraine Charitable Fund. It amounts to UAH 21,715,000 (or $4,300,000 according to the official exchange course established by the National Bank of Ukraine).
The money was transferred in pursuance of an agreement between the two charitable organizations, signed January 26, 2007.
Recall that in course of the Children’s Hospital of the Future Telethon the Development of Ukraine Charitable Fund undertook to make a charitable donation of $12,800,000 for creating and constructing the hospital.
