Ukraine 3000, AICM present artificial kidneys to hospitals

The Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Foundation started cooperation with Association Internationale de Cooperation Medicale (International Association for Medical Cooperation), whose headquarters is in Paris.

They presented artificial kidneys to two Ukrainian hospitals. The Lutsk Clinical Hospital received sixteen devices and the Horlivka City Hospital was given nine. This equipment was installed, and the doctors can now render aid to their patients suffering from chronic kidney insufficiency or expecting to be operated on to have a kidney transplant. Few times a week they should undergo a course of artificial kidney treatment (dialysis).

Christian Carrer, AICM President, said his foundation planned to give four more devices to other hospitals of Ukraine. The AICM also presented medical materials to the Kremenchuk Children’s Hospital.
