To take part in the competition, you have to write a paper “My View on the Modern Educational Model in Ukraine.” The paper has to contain a description of educational issues, analysis, and ways to fight them, and general outlines of the national educational model.

By this step the Ukraine 3000 Foundation wants, first of all, to urge the Ukrainian society to support its diaspora, whose members serve as bearers and popularizers of the Ukrainian language and culture among the global community.
