Support for the Kyiv Mohyla Academy National University Students Project

The Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund announces the start of the Research Support for the Kyiv Mohyla Academy National University Students project within the framework of the Support to the Gifted and Socially Active Youth charitable program.

Students of the KMANU can apply to the project if they will be in the second to fourth year of their bachelor’s program or second year of the master’s program in year 2007 in the following specialties:

  • Healthcare System Management;
  • Culturology;
  • History;
  • Social Work.

Students of other specialties can also apply if their research meets the project’s priorities.

The contenders shall submit to the commission’s consideration brief essays posing a problem for a scientific research, which they plan to carry out during the next year and defend at their chairs in June 2008, and also suggest methods and ways for its coverage.The theses should breach on the following subjects:

  • Museum Management; 
  • Culture Management;
  • Manmade Famine of 1932-1933; 
  • Marketing in Children’s Health Service; 
  • Managing a Modern Children’s Medical Institution; 
  • Telemedicine;
  • Medical and Social Adaptation of Children with Special Needs.

Total sum of the financial aid – UAH 2500.

Deadline for applications – October 15, 2007.

The results will be announced November 1, 2007.
