Kateryna Yushchenko Visits Lviv Boarding School for Blind Children

On behalf of Ukraine 3000 Foundation Mrs. Yushchenko passed to Lviv Boarding School for Blind Children No. 100 a certificate for UAH 50,000 for equipping the classrooms. Another 50,000 certificate was passed to Lviv City Community Children’s Hospital.  »»

Kateryna Yushchenko attended the Ukrainian Folk Modern First All-Ukrainian Triennial’s exhibition, dedicated to the Chervona Ruta anniversary and to the memory of Volodymyr Ivasiuk. The event, hosted by Vernisazh Cultural Center, presents 120 works by artists from all Ukraine’s regions: original fancy weaving, embroidery, sculpture, painting, graphic and applied arts.  »»

Artek Dialogs: Day Two

The Forum participants worked in three sessions: Quality of Secondary Education, Coordination of the Development Vector of National Education with Requests of the Modern Real Economy, and Lifelong Education: How and What Shall We Teach Adults. Also a round table was held, dedicated to education for handicapped children. The events were held at Suuk-Su Palace, Friendship Hall of the Sea Camp, and Artek ICC school.  »»

Second Artek Dialogs International Educational Forum Began

“Due to our German partner, the Provincial Rhineland Alliance, all our heroines have undergone treatment courses in Germany,” Head of the Board of Directors of Ukraine 3000 Foundation Oleksandr Maksymchuk said. “They have once again visited places where they had spent their youth, now in another capacity.
