Ukraine 3000 Foundation Representatives Meet with Joyce Sibson Dove, President of the Florida Foundation for Children

November 19, 2008, Head of the Board of Directors of the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Foundation Oleksandr Maksymchuk and Head of the Development Programs Andriy Kotsiuba met with Joyce Sibson Dove, President of the Florida Foundation for Children, in New York.
In course of the meeting Ms. Dove spoke about the California Foundation for Children’s activities in Ukraine since 1996. The Foundation closely cooperates with children’s hospitals in southern Ukraine, in part, the Children’s Clinical Hospital of the Crimean AR. California Foundation for Children organized a number of visits to this hospital by American surgeons, helping in complicated surgeries and sharing their innovative experience with their Crimean colleagues.
In their turn, the Ukraine 3000 Foundation members described the Foundation’s medical programs. They thanked Ms. Dove for her support of the Crimean Children’s Clinical Hospital, member of the Hospital to Hospital program.
The parties agreed upon the text of a Memorandum on Cooperation soon to be signed by Tallahassee Memorial Hospital and Children’s Clinical Hospital of the Crimean AR.
