
Representatives of the Ukraine 3000 Fund Visit Poltava Oblast Children’s Hospital

February 27, 2007, representatives of the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund (Head of the Fund’s Supervisory Board Kateryna Yushchenko, Advisor to the Head of the Supervisory Board Andriy Myroshnichenko, Head of the Board of Directors Oleksandr Maksymchuk, and Head of the Board of Directors of the Children’s Hospital of the Future Charitable Fund Vira Pavliuk) visited the Poltava Oblast Children’s Hospital.
The Fund representatives visited the infant care, anesthesiology, and intensive therapy units.
The Ukraine 3000 Fund presented the hospital a one-channel infants’ electrocardiograph.
Mrs. Kateryna Yushchenko thanked the hospital staff for their devoted work and presented the clinic an icon of the Blessed Virgin.
Representatives of the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund have arrived to Poltava for a one-day working visit, whose agenda includes visiting Poltava’s medical and educational institutions. Besides, Mrs. Yushchenko is to take part in the Education of the Future Through the Eyes of the Young roundtable to be held at the Poltava Consumers’ Cooperation University.
As part of the visit, the Fund’s new program, Cossacks’ Fame for the Little Readers, was presented.
