Christmas Fantasies Concert Took Place, Organized by the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund

January 26, 2007, the Shevhcenko National Opera of Ukraine hosted the Christmas Fantasies Concert, celebrating philanthropists who participated in implementing the Children’s Hospital of the Future project.
Renowned politicians, medicine, culture, and business people, public figures, church hierarchs, representatives of the Ukraine 3000 Fund’s partners and Children’s Hospital of the Future project sponsors attended the concert organized by the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund and Transbank Joint-Stock Commercial Bank.
In his speech preceding the concert, Head of the Fund’s Board of Directors Oleksandr Maksymchuk thanked all contributors to creating the Children’s Hospital of the Future. Mr. Maksymchuk expressed his hope that new partners would keep joining the project, since it would need support and understanding from Ukrainian society. “We have demonstrated the world that responsibility, care, will to do good are best features of the modern Ukrainian society,” he said.
Among the concert’s participants were the Song Shop arts center under the direction of Nataliya Polovynka, the Dyvni group, Klasik-moderm quartet, Snizhnist project (Yuliya Lord and Yuri Hnatkivsky), singers Oleh Lysy and Roman Tsymbala, and INSO-Lviv orchestra. Artists of the Stealth modern ballet troupe also made their appearance.
