First Lady meets Jolanta Kwasniewska

Kateryna Yushchenko met with Jolanta Kwasniewska, who is accompanying her husband, Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski, during his official visit to Ukraine.
They shared their experience in charity with each other. Mrs. Yushchenko told her guest about the Hospital to Hospital program started by the Ukraine 3000 Foundation. Mrs. Kwasniewska spoke about the Gdansk children’s hematology and oncology hospital. She considers this hospital, which was opened last June, to be the biggest accomplishment of her foundation. Mrs. Kwasniewska also noted that Polish society had considerably changed its attitude to philanthropy in the past ten years.
Then the first ladies discussed ways to cooperate with each other in the framework of the Hospital to Hospital program.
